About Julie

From national TV voiceover artist* to post-production producer in the advertising industry to leadership, public speaking, and confidence coach, to the creator of the Game Changers program, to children’s musical theater director, to founding President of a Toastmasters Club, my incredibly diverse life experiences have honed my ability to work with all types of people, connect with them on a human level and rise to any challenge. Whether you’re a professional preparing for your next big opportunity or a young person wanting to leave it all on the stage, I’ll share all my best secrets with you.

As a past hiring manager myself, I know what it takes to win people over and seize the opportunities in front of you. I believe people will make their first impression about you based on how you make them feel. It’s ok to just be you, actually, it’s best to be you, but be sure you know who you want to be. Whether you’re quiet and shy or confident and bold, it’s important to be aware of how others perceive you. Great communication skills along with a smile and eye contact can make all the difference in the world.

Self-confidence, leadership, and the ability to perform aren’t natural abilities or gifts, they’re skills, which means they can be learned, practiced, and perfected. I can assure you, it’s never too soon, or too late, to get started.
Through performance-based role-playing, enlightening conversations, and best practices in communicating values and intent I can help anyone at any age overcome insecurities and their “imposters syndrome”. You will grow self-confidence and find your own unique voice to help you represent yourself in the most authentic way. I’ll meet you where you are and guide you on an inspiring journey by being real, and supportive, using my methodology for better iContact.

Confidence Building

Sometimes we just need a cheerleader.
In my communication development and confidence building courses, we’ll work together on:

  • evaluating your actions from someone else’s point of view

  • feeling comfortable engaging in conversation and making eye contact

  • presenting yourself confidently, especially when you’re feeling nervous

Leadership Development
